The digital gateway for cesspit customers – MyCesspit Portal – is now being used by a third of customers, as the online portal turns one.
Launched in December 2024, 900 of the services 5500 customers signed up within two months. Now, a year in, that number stands at 1500.

2026 will begin with a major infrastructure overhaul for Mill Street and Mansell Street.
Due to start on January 2nd, the two-month programme will see the main replaced with a larger and more durable pipe.
