Open a web browser to https://mycesspit.water.gg/

Input registered email address and select ‘Continue’

Should your email not be registered, select the ‘Register details’ option and complete the registration process

Should you have an ‘Invalid login attempt’ error, you may need to reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password?’ link

Once logged in, use the ‘Select an account’ drop down list to select your account, or the relevant account if you have access to more than one.

After selecting account you must also ‘Select a Site’ from the next drop down list

A customer can raise their own ‘Missed Collection’ if they have a registered account on the Online Cesspit Portal: https://mycesspit.water.gg/

A customer can only request a Missed Collection on a job that is:

In ‘Not Started’ status, and

Is not today or in the future, and

Is not more than three days in the past.

A customer cannot request a Missed Collection on a job that has:

A ‘tick’ or a ‘calendar’ image in the corner.

A ‘Closed – Complete’, a ‘Closed – Not Required’, or a ‘Closed – Not Done’ job.

Process

Select a job that confirms with the above established rules

Select the ‘My Cesspit Collection was missed’ from the ‘Select collection issue’ drop down list. Then select the Report Collection Issue button to complete.

Once process is completed select ‘Back to My Services’ to return to the home screen.

A customer can raise their own ‘Ad Hoc Collection’ if they have a registered account on the Online Cesspit Portal: https://mycesspit.water.gg/

A customer can request an Ad Hoc Collection at any time:

The collection will default the number of loads to what is listed on that customers ‘Maximum Load’ attribute.

If they do not have this attribute, it will default to 1 load.

The driver can take more loads and ‘Commit’ the actual number on their in-cab device.

Should a driver only take one when more is required, and the customer calls to enquire why, the ‘Maximum Load’ attribute should be added to the customer’s account to prevent any further reduced load Ad Hoc collections.

Process

Select the ‘Request Ad Hoc Collection’ button on the left-hand side Cesspit Information box

The selection page will default to the customer’s specific settings of either ‘Cesspit’ or ‘REP’ (Remote Emptying Point).

Confirmation of cost is provided. Select ‘Proceed’ to continue

Customer should enter their personal details:

First Name

Surname

Address Line 1

Town

Post Code

These are all the mandatory fields (not labelled as ‘Optional’)

The system will remember these details, even if the customer has multiple pits on one log in account.

Finally, select ‘Proceed to Order Summary’.

Select the ‘View Ad Hoc Collection’ button on your home page will open the list of previous requests.

Note* Should you not have requested an ad hoc collection yet, this will not be visible.

Once opened, you can see all your previous collection and references.

The Service Request number is the specific request number on our system, and if you need any assistance, you can quote this number to the customer services team.

Select the ‘Dashboard’ button to return to your home page.

Select the ‘Cancel Collections’ button on the home page

Select the date that you wish the cancel – this can be one day for a specific collection or a longer range that cover multiple collections – to start and end by typing the date or using the calendar icon, and once selection has been confirmed select ‘Confirm’.

Confirm the cancellation by selecting ‘Yes’ or reject it by selecting ‘No’.

Confirmation will appear that states an overnight refresh of the system at midnight is required for these changes to take effect.

Once returned to your home screen, you will see the cancellation period listed

Once the overnight processing has happened, the scheduled jobs will be removed from the calendar

A cancellation period can be removed if it has not yet started

Select the ‘Collections Cancelled’ icon and then select ‘Remove Cancellation’.

Then select ‘Confirm’ to remove the cancellation period. Note, this is the whole period and cannot be amended

Confirm the removal by selecting ‘Yes’ or reject it by selecting ‘No’.

A cancellation period can be amended once it has started, but can only be reduced not extended

Select the ‘Collections Cancelled’ icon and then select ‘Amend End Date.’

Type the new date you wish the cancellation to end, or use the calendar icon to select the new date, and then select ‘Confirm’.

Confirm the amendment by selecting ‘Yes’ or reject it by selecting ‘No’.
