Water Quarterly Standing Charge

The standing charge that you pay contributes towards Guernsey Water's fixed costs incurred through: - providing you with a connection to the water supply, and - maintaining the production, delivery and quality of a drinkable water supply network.

Water Unmeasured Charge

If you are not on a meter then your water charges will be calculated by your property's TRP (tax on Real Property). TRP is set by the Cadastre, so if you have any queries about your figure, please contact them. Guernsey Water does not include TRP data from land and outbuildings

Wastewater Unmeasured Charge

If you are not on a meter then your variable wastewater charge is calculated on the TRP of your property, in a smiliar way to your clean water charges

Wastewater Quarterly Standing Charge

The figure here represents one quarter's-worth of the annual standing charge. Income from the standing charge will go towards the fixed costs needed to maintain the wastewater network (e.g. the monitoring of assets, cleaning of pipes etc.) The wastewater charge was introduced on 1st April 2011.
